Visas

We handle a broad variety of visa applications, including employer-sponsored, investor, NAFTA, and religious worker visas.

We also handle U visas which are visas for victims of certain crimes. For example victims of violent crimes, including domestic violence, who have assisted the police or made themselves available to the police in the criminal prosecution of the abuser, may apply for the visa. U visa applicants may waive a wide variety of immigration offenses. For example, a person who returned to the United States illegally after deportation will not be eligible for residency through a US citizen family member but may be eligible for residency through a U visa if he or she meets the requirements.
