James Vincent is a former Assistant Chief Counsel for US Immigration & Customs Enforcement. He has extensive experience as a Federal Immigration Prosecutor and brings substantial insight to how cases can be moved smoothly through the US immigration agencies. He has handled numerous cases, for and against the government, in the immigration courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, United States District Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals.
During the course of his 50 year career, James has been featured in news articles, testified as an expert witness in immigration law and developed an extensive knowledge of the complex immigration laws and litigation process his clients must navigate.
He handles immigration litigation, deportation defense, US citizenship issues, and other immigration matters.
James is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and licensed to practice before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and various United States District Courts in Texas and Iowa. He has been a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2006.
