El gobernador Abbott anunció el 27 de abril de 2020 que los negocios pueden reabrir al 25% de su capacidad a partir del 1 de mayo de 2020.
El 9 de mayo de 2020 reanudaremos las consultas en persona. Adicionalmente podrán recoger o dejar documentos en nuestra oficina. Las citas se programarán por teléfono o en persona.
On Tuesday March 24, 2020, all offices of Roy Petty & Associates, PLLC temporarily closed to the public.
Governor Abbott announced on April 27, 2020, that businesses may re-open at 25% capacity starting May 1, 2020.
On May 9, 2020 we will resume face to face consultations and document pick-up and drop- off. We will be limiting the amount of people that can come into our office to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. Appointments will be scheduled over the phone or in person.

Dallas, TX – November 30, 2015 – Petty & Associates, PLLC is pleased to announce James Vincent has joined the firm as an “of counsel” attorney. James joins Petty & Associates after managing his own firm, Vincent Immigration Law. He brings substantial experience to the firm after serving as an Assistant Chief Counsel for the U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement and a federal immigration prosecutor.
James is a graduate of Drake University School of Law in Des Moines, Iowa. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas as well as federal district courts in Iowa and Texas and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Over the course of his 50 year career in immigration law, James has been featured in news articles, appeared as an expert witness in immigration law and developed an extensive knowledge of the complex laws, rules and regulations governing our immigration system.

Attorney Nathan Bogart of Petty & Associates, PLLC has been appointed to the Law Related Education, Social Media and Lawyers Helping Lawyers committees of the Arkansas Bar Association by 2015-2016 President Eddie H. Walker, Jr. of Fort Smith. The appointments are effective August 21, 2015.
