Anthony Lozano

Attorney Anthony Lozano was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He attended the University of North Texas in Denton, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics. He then attended the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor.

Prior to joining Roy Petty & Associates, Anthony was a Staff Attorney at a non-profit organization specializing in immigration legal services, where he represented many clients in a variety of immigration matters before USCIS and removal proceedings.

Since arriving to Roy Petty & Associates, Anthony has successfully represented many clients before USCIS, removal proceedings, and detained clients in immigration bond proceedings.

Anthony is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. He is also Federally admitted to practice in the Texas Northern District, Texas Eastern District, and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

He is bilingual (English and Spanish).
