Kristin Jones

Attorney Kristin Jones has practiced law for over 20 years. She is licensed to practice in Texas and Minnesota and is admitted to practice in the United States District courts for the Northern District of Texas and the Eastern District of Texas.

She began practicing bankruptcy law in 1995 and has successfully helped her clients navigate the labyrinth of bankruptcy laws in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. After graduating law school, Kristin served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cuenca, Ecuador, followed by serving as in-house legal counsel at Texas Instruments. She has volunteered for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), taught ESL, and has traveled and volunteered with Global Partnerships, which helps individuals in developing countries combat poverty.

She speaks both English and Spanish.
